Our church had an equity interest in our pastors home and Jason was selected to be our realtor in the sale of the home. This is a long overdue thank you for getting us into our first home. As you know, it wasn't easy for us to get into a place in Rancho PV, but thanks to your efforts we found the perfect starter townhome. I admit I shopped around a bit for the right realtor, but I stopped once I met you. Your knowledge and analysis of the market, aggressiveness, and can-do attitude were qualities I found nowhere else. I particularly appreciated that you listened to our needs and bent over backwards to satisfy them, even if that meant making up for failures on the seller's end. We were not the typical (wealthy) buyers in this market, but that didn't matter to you.
Unfortunately, we are long past naming our first born after you, Jason, but we will certainly remember you in a few years when we are ready to move up to our next home!
